A re-upholstered antique Renaissance Revival style chair. The chair has carved, scrolled and gilded side supports, carved serpentine arms with scrolls, a padded back and seat upholstered in a newer fabric with brown, tan and gold foliate patterns, straight square legs with stretchers, and a scrolled, pierced and gilded front rail. No maker’s mark.

Condition

- wood has surface marks, scratches, dings, wear throughout; gilding is worn; upholstery is recent, and in overall good condition with light wear
