19th Century Banquet Lamp
Item Details
A 19th century banquet oil lamp with a white globe hand painted in blue with a Dutch windmill scene. The copper oil reserve has been modified with a single light socket and is marked ‘Made in U.S. of America’ to the cap. The oil reservoir sits in an ornate pierced bowl with blue and white porcelain stem and ornately embossed footed base. The base has a single turn switch.
Condition
The porcelain insert in the base has crazing. Lamp worked when tested.
