1847 Rogers Bros. "Heritage" Silver-Plated Flatware Set

A silver-plated flatware set by 1847 Rogers Bros. This is in the Lillian V.M. Helander designed Heritage pattern, first introduced in 1953, which features a shaped handle with flower and acanthus leaf accents. The set includes sixteen teaspoons, eight dinner knives, seven place spoons, eight dinner forks, eight salad forks, a shell casserole spoon, a tomato server, a meat fork, a ladle, a serving spoon, a pierced serving spoon, a pie server, a shell sugar spoon, and a master butter knife. They are presented with another pie server in a different pattern, marked ‘Bouquet Silver Plate’ to the back. The set comes in a wooden flatware chest with burgundy felt-like interior lining.
