A signed original oil on board painting by listed Indiana artist Lucian Lupinski (1918-2002). A horse and buggy pull up to the front of a white plantation home in this vibrant oil painting. Signed by the artist to the lower right, the painting is presented unframed. Lupinski was an artist-in-residence for the Post in Indianapolis and is best known for his portraits of Governor Robert D. Orr of Indiana and Tom Selleck, both of which were featured on the cover of The Saturday Evening Post in 1987.
