An antique Kestner bisque and kid leather doll. The doll features a bisque socket head with a modern strawberry blonde hair piece, feathered brows, bright blue sleep eyes, and parted coral lips that reveal a row of teeth. The body is comprised of kid leather and is adorned in a chocolate brown Victorian dress and hat. The back of her head is incised with ‘Made in Germany 17’.

Condition

- to poor, minor marks and scuffs on face, loss of painted finish to face and eye lids, hair has lost adhesion, break in right light just above the ankle, wear, tear, and discoloration throughout clothing.
