Vintage Pennsylvania House Antique Reproduction Secretary
Item Details
A vintage reproduction Colonial secretary. The secretary is made of wood, with a white, distressed painted finish accented with blue. It has crown molding above a cabinet with double glass doors, with wood shelves inside, and the interior is painted light blue. This cabinet rests on the slant front secretary, which has pull-out supports for the hinged work top, and three dovetailed drawers below. The interior has vertical divided compartments, small shelves and small drawers. The secretary cabinet doors and drawers are fitted with round brass knobs and handles, and it rests on bracket feet. The secretary is labeled with ‘Lewisburg Chair and Furniture Co. Lewisburg, Penna. – Pennsylvania House Reproduction – Independence Hall Philadelphia’ along with ‘No. b 917’.

- some chipping to the paint. One of the slides that supports the slant front is stuck. Scratches and other wear present.
