An antique mezzotint by Alfred Bell & Co., London after an original portrait painting Mrs. Richard Brinsley Sheridan by prominent English portrait and landscape painter Thomas Gainsborough (1727 – 1788). This portrait depicts a female figure seated in a landscape setting wearing a pink diaphanous gown with a blue sash. This print is copyrighted 1920 by Alfred Bell & Co. of London. The piece is presented in a white mat, beneath glass, and in a gold-tone and black composite frame with cast embellishments. The verso of this piece is equipped to hang.
