Portmeirion "The Botanic Garden" Stoneware

A selection of Portmeirion The Botanic Garden stoneware including a soup tureen with ladle, a covered casserole, and eight ramekins. The pieces feature floral and insect patterns first designed by Susan Williams-Ellis in 1972 when she was inspired by the illustrations in Thomas Green’s Universal or-Botanical, Medical and Agricultural Dictionary. The tableware was made in England and is marked ‘Portmeirion’ to the undersides.
