A gouache painting on paper by an artist appearing to sign the work ‘Celene G. Henderson.’ This work depicts what seems to be a young girl standing with her doll near an arrangement of potted plants, the mottled patterning of a papered wall visible behind them. The painting is signed somewhat illegibly to its lower left corner and is double-matted under protective glazing in a wood and gilt frame with a hanging wire to its verso.
