A circa 1900 gilded porcelain plate by Gerard, Dufraisseix & Abbot. This plate was made by the iconic porcelain makers Gerard, Dufraisseix & Abbot of Limoges, France circa 1900, shortly after their acquisition of Haviland. The plate features a deep carmine red and ivory-colored base glaze with accents of emerald green, cerulean, and white, over which is an intricate hand-painted Moorish-inspired pattern in gold. The plate is marked ‘GDA/France’ to the underside.
