A Lotscher Swiss Chalet cuckoo clock. A cuckoo clock from Switzerland that features a chalet style with a wood frame with a dark brown finish. The chalet displays a wood door on the crest with a cuckoo bird that appears on the hour and a display of colorfully painted wood figures that dance around the wood porch to music. The clock has painted windows with colorful flower boxes and a painted brick base with a wood dial on the center that displays white Roman numerals and hands. Other features of the clock include three pine cone weights, a regula 25, 8-day movement and a hook for hanging on the verso. The clock is marked ‘R. Lotscher’ on the verso.
