A Wuersch Chiming Granddaughter clock. The clock has a golden oak finish on select hardwoods and veneers and features a curved bonnet with decorative fretwork and reeded finial accents. The clock also features reeded side columns and a glass front door on the top that displays a white face with painted pink roses and a white dial with black Roman numerals and serpentine hands with three key arbors. Other features of the clock include a door on the center with inlaid wood accents, a Hermle 8-day spring powered time and strike movement with chimes, a balance wheel regulator rather than a pendulum and the clock stands on a podium pedestal with inlaid trim and a plinth style base with bracket feet. The clock is marked ‘Wuersch, Fall River Ma.’ on the face.
