Haitian Solid Mahogany Ram Paperweight and Wooden Chest
Item Details
A solid mahogany Haitian ram paperweight and a wooden chest. The ram paperweight is carved depicting a ram’s head with pierced horns and outlines for a mouth and eyes. It is marked with a tag to the verso ‘Solid Mahogany, Made in Haiti’. Also included is a wooden chest with a hinged lid. It is carved in vertical rows of geometric shapes and floral designs. No discernible maker’s marks present.
