A Japanese gouache painting on cloth of a samurai warrior on horseback. This piece depicts a heavily dressed warrior with a bow and arrows riding a black horse and is marked illegibly with ink and a seal to the lower left. Mounted under black matting, the painting is presented under glass in a gold tone wood frame with sawtooth hardware present to the verso for hanging purposes.

Condition

- glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; scratches to frame; light wear to frame finish.
