An antique late Victorian poplar washstand, fourth quarter 19th century. The cherry-stained case features a rectangular top with a shaped, rear gallery flanked by a pair of turned, towel bars. Directly below is a slightly-outset, long drawer over two blind-paneled doors opening to one removable, interior shelf. The washstand rises on cutout sides with an ogee, front skirt.
