A vintage hand-crafted model building. This model of an urban building features pine construction with varied hardwood stain finishes simulating stone, block, and brick construction, wire mesh to mimic window muntins, and felt cloth to recreate the roof’s skylights. The doors on the building open and close, the border is painted in green to simulate grass and the piece is unsigned.

- wear to the edges, skylight section broken.
