An original acrylic painting on canvas titled Black Mark, Pink on Peach by contemporary American artist Robbie Kemper (Cincinnati, Ohio; born 1957). The abstract painting features broad horizontal marks in black across the top of the composition, hovering over a loosely rendered pink square, with spontaneous splashes of black paint creating movement across the piece. The work is signed to the lower left. The gallery wrapped canvas is ready to hang with a wire.
Kemper studied art at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, and is currently a studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, Ohio.
