A Chinese carved wooden sculpture of Budai. This sculpture depicts the aforementioned figure adorned in flowing robes, happily smiling towards the viewer while lifting both hands in the air with a claw gesture. The surface has been stained in a deep cherry wood color. This sculpture is unmarked.
