An oil painting on canvas. This piece depicts two rural homes in a mountain valley, painted with thick applications of paint. It is signed to the lower right and appears to read ‘Burnet’, and the work is presented in a green and gold tone painted wood frame with a fabric liner and wire to the verso for hanging.

- to Fair; frame scuffed; accretion and discoloration to left portion of painting; craquelure throughout; canvas damaged near bottom; back damaged and discolored.
