Antique Gorham Sterling Silver "Chantilly" Round Bowl Soup Spoon Set
Item Details
A antique set of twelve sterling silver round bowl soup spoons by Gorham. The set is in the popular pattern Chantilly, first patented in 1895 and designed by William C. Codman. The set has scrolled lines with floral ends, and are monogrammed with what appears to be ‘FLB’ in scrolled, elegant script. To the verso, they are marked, ‘Pat. 1895’ along with the lion, anchor, and G hallmark, and ‘Sterling’. Total set weight is 8.090 ozt.
