A hand-knotted Turkish Oushak wool carpet runner. This rug is rendered in a palette of ivory, denim, sand, wheat, mocha, and sky blue. The ivory colored field features a large scale pattern of geometrically shaped palmettes, along with scrolling floral and foliate motifs. Framing the field is a denim grounded main border with a similar design, and finishes with overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe. Unlabeled.
