Limoges Porcelain Including Vintage Jean Pouyat
Item Details
A pairing of Limoges porcelain tableware including a luncheon plate and a saucer. The early 20th century hand-painted Jean Pouyat plate features a bright yellow pansy design with gilt scroll borders and a pale blue verge. The plate was produced in France between 1891-1932 and is marked ‘JPL’ to the underside. The saucer offers pale purple floral sprays on white ground with gilding to the edges. It is marked ‘Limoges France’ to the underside with a fleur-de-lis shield emblem.

- marks to underside rims; wear to gilding.
