A collection of antique French books. This collection includes French text copies of Choix de Sermons de Bourdaloue by M.D. Nisard (1881), third volume of Oeuvres Choisies de Shakespeare by M. Francisque Michel (1889), and fourth edition of Théâtre de Campagne (1908). Also included are Roland Cashel by Charles Lever (1850), fifth edition of The Personal Life of David Livingstone by William Garden Blaikie (1888), and second edition of Rokeby; A Poem by Walter Scott (1813). The books are each presented in hardbound covers with raised bands and gilt lettering to the spine.
