Antique Rosewood Converted Spinet Desk

A rosewood veneered spinet desk, circa 1860s. The piece, originally a melodeon marked ‘Dearborn, Severance & Company, Concord NH’ has the works removed and has been converted into a desk or table. It features a hinged, flip top with a thick, molded apron. It rises on thick, faceted and tapered legs ending on cylindrical feet.
