An Asian style relief rubbing on rice paper of a genre scene. This monochromatic relief depicts a stylized horse adorned in ornate gear hesitantly backing away as a figure in robes clutches at its reins, while another holds an umbrella above it. The unsigned relief is presented under acrylic glass beneath matting in a stained and gold tone wooden frame with a sawtooth bracket to the verso for hanging.
