A collection of Royal Windsor porcelain collector’s plates from the ‘Wildflowers of the South’ series. Offered are nine porcelain plates containing scenes after original painting by Ralph Mark. Included are plates titled Flowering Dogwood, Regal Lily, Bluebonnet, Queen Anne’s Lace, Black-Eyed Susan, Southern Magnolia, Bee Balm, Birdsfoot Violet, and Buttercup. The pieces are marked to the verso ‘Wildflowers of the South from original paintings by Ralph Mark Royal Windsor. This plate is made with special metallic pigments and is not for the service of food.’ The plates also contain the individual number out of a limited edition to 19,500.
