Coral Bead Necklaces with Antique South and Central American Silver Alloy Coins

A pair of coral and coral colored glass beaded necklaces enhanced with antique drilled South and Central American coins, some made of 800, 900 or sterling silver and some made of base metal. The longer necklace features nine Guatemalan Half Real coins made of a cupro-nickel alloy, as well as pendant made of a Guatemalan Two Real 0.900 silver coin dating from the 1800s. The shorter necklace is enhanced with two Ecuador en Columbia One Real silver coins, two Ecuador en Columbia One-Quarter Real silver coins, and two Bolivian One-Half Real silver coins with dates ranging from 1774-1852. The Papal Cross pendant is made of base metal. The shorter necklace has a total approximate coin silver weight of 1.225 ozt.
