An antique William and Mary oak gateleg table with a drawer, first half 18th century. The frame features a rectangular top with rounded ends flanked by a pair of demilune, drop leaves above a straight apron with a single drawer. The drawer front is fitted with brass, ring pulls and the table rises on four block-and-turned, stationary legs joined by conforming stretchers to the two swing legs. It features pegged, mortise-and-tenon construction throughout with rose head nails on the drawer support rails and wrought iron hinges below the tabletop.
