Item Details

A Colonial style chest of drawers by Thomasville. This rectangular top chest with mahogany finish features molded trim over a conforming case. The case supports six graduating drawers. The drawers feature raised panels, pierced brass batwing plates with bail handles, and central escutcheon. The bottom drawer features a fan-shell shaped carved embellishment. The drawers are flanked by fluted stiles on each side. This piece terminates on ogee bracket feet. It is marked ‘Thomasville’ to a drawer interior.
