An oil painting on canvas board of a floral still life by Cincinnati and Georgia painter James Thomas Watkins (b. 1943). This work depicts a floral still life with rose like flowers in red hues. The arrangement sites on the table with fruit in purple and green tones. The composition is set in a dark room with an archway providing a view of a blue sky. This piece is signed ‘T.W’ to the lower right corner. It is presented without glass in a wood frame with hanging hardware to the verso.
