Collotype Print after Charles Delort "Richelieu and his Cats"
Item Details
A collotype on paper after an original painting titled Richelieu and his Cats by listed French artist Charles Edouard Edmond Delort (1841 – 1895). The print depicts a mama cat and her kittens creating havoc in a study where two men are working. The work is signed within the plate to the lower right, and the title is printed to the lower margin. It is housed behind a white French style mat with a gold-tone border, under glass, in a stained wood frame and is ready to hang with a wire.

- abrasions to finish of frame.
