Pair of Weighted Sterling Silver Compotes and Other Sterling Silver Holloware
Item Details
A collection of weighted sterling silver holloware. The collection includes a pair of weighted sterling silver compotes with a wide shallow bowl, baluster-shaped stem and round pedestal foot. The compotes are marked to the underside ‘Sterling Weighted’ and with an unidentifiable maker’s mark. These are presented with a weighted sterling silver cream and sugar with gold-washed bowls by Elgin Silversmith Co. of NY, Ny and a small weighted sterling silver compote with stepped bowl and a round pedestal foot.
