A signed, limited offset lithograph on canvas titled Beacon of Hope: Seaside Memories I by Thomas Kinkade (California, 1958 – 2012). This piece depicts a house with lighthouse perched on a rocky outcrop on the ocean being splashed by waves. The work is hand signed and to the lower right corner. The work is housed in a wood and linen frame with a brass plaque indicating the artist and the title attached to the base. It comes with a certificate of authenticity stating that it is number 993 of 2750.
