An original mixed media painting on paper Remix by Cincinnati based contemporary artist Lisa Schafer. This painting depicts three separate miniature abstract paintings framed together. Each piece features intuitive line work, broken fields of color, and charcoal passages. This piece is initialed to the lower right of the bottom-most piece. This piece is presented mounted on a white backing, beneath glass, and in a dark beveled wood frame. The verso of this piece is equipped to hang.
Lisa Schafer received an undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master’s in Digital Design from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP). Schafer’s work is represented in galleries across the United States including the Argosy Gallery in Bar Harbor, Maine and the Gallery Veronique in Montgomery, Ohio.
