Miniature Chinese Enamel Teapots and Trinket Box
Item Details
A three piece selection of miniature enamelware. Included is a teapot with modern, square body and acorn finial. It depicts a bear wearing spectacles and reading a book, decorated with a foliate motif throughout. This piece is accompanied by a second teapot enameled with polychrome floral motif on a green ground. Also included is a rectangular trinket box with lobed corners, enameled with a figural motif of children at play. The pieces bear no discernible maker’s marks.
Condition
- small scuffs and spots of wear to enamel; spots of tarnish to brass; minor marks and faint scratches.
