1920s Toy Telephone by The Gong Bell
Item Details
A toy phone produced by The Gong Bell Mfg. Co. This toy phone was produced circa 1922 by The Gong Bell Mfg. Co. of Hampton, Connecticut. The phone is comprised of wood and metal with a blue receiver and body, and a bell affixed to its back. The phone rests on a circular base with a green felt underside. The head of the phone is marked around its mouthpiece ‘Pl.A Phone 211, Made in U.S.A. The Gong Bell Mfg. Co. Past Hampton Connecticut’.

- rust and corrosion; loss of paint; surface markings; bell untested.
