A stunning Juno lamp made by Edward Miller & Co. of Meriden, Connecticut in the 1890s. The kerosene lamp has been nicely modified as an electric lamp. A large hand-painted globe depicting a lone cottage among trees with mountains in the distance. The cast base is ornately decorated including floral designs, acanthus, and lion heads to the extreme base. The lamp is stamped ‘The Juno Lamp Made in U.S.A.’ in visible sight at the top of the base.

Condition
Good condition. The base has a beautiful patina and the painted globe is in very good condition.

The height of the lamp including the globe is 27 inches. The base is 6 inches square; the globe is 8 inches in diameter.
