Chinese Silver Plate and Copper Censer

A Chinese silver plate and copper censer. This piece has a round body featuring pierced crane designs on the front and back with a copper finishes and elephant head handles on either side, raised on four guardian lion legs with paw feet. The censer is topped with a pierced lip featuring a cloud design and a copper guardian lion finial standing on a ball. The underside is stamped with an apocryphal Kangxi reign mark, however, it was produced in the second half of the 20th century.
