Hand-Knotted Persian Tabriz Area Rug
Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Tabriz area rug. This rug is hand-knotted in a palette of cherry red, cream, emerald, tan, powder blue, navy, ocher, mustard, and burgundy. It has an almond shaped central medallion with palmette medallions and sprays of flowers to the field. It has sawtooth and floral meander guard borders and a herati motif main border. Finished with overcast selvedges and fringe to either end. Unmarked.
