Hand-Knotted Persian Village Wool Mat
Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian village wool mat. This small rug is rendered in a palette of crimson, ivory, black, saffron, cerulean, rose, clementine, and wine. The crimson colored field features a bold design of a stylized herati pattern, while framed in a Hamadan border. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is labeled to the underside.
