Dresden Style Porcelain Figurine Lamp

A Dresden lace figurine table lamp. The lamp features a ceramic figure of a lady in 18th century attire, including a dress with pink bodice and rose pattern gown, both trimmed with lace. Her red hair is held back with a pink band. A triangular base with gilt detailing supports the figure as well as the angled stem of the single socket lamp. No maker’s marks are immediately evident however the base is marked ‘1728 2’ near the cord and plug marked ‘Germany’.

Condition

- very frayed cord, exposed and frayed wires, some patina on exposed metal, powered on when tested.
