The assortment includes pull-down machine, a weight bench, a weighted hula hook, pull-up bar, Tae-Bow sticks, a pair of small five pound dumbbells, and six various sized weights. The weights come in increments of 10 pounds, 15 pounds, and 25 pounds. Each of the items is marked accordingly.
