An antique watercolor painting on paper titled In a Garden, Bordighera. This nature painting depicts a stone water well surrounded by overgrowth and foliage in Northwestern Italy. The unsigned work is titled and dated April, 1886 on the paper backing. It is presented under glass with a beige mat in a narrow gold tone wooden frame with molded diamond motif. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.

Condition

- stains in the bottom of the matte area; gold tone wood frame showing nicks and scratches around the frame.
