Thomasville Furniture Federal Style "Pier Cabinet"

A cabinet. This Federal style one piece cabinet from Thomasville Furniture features hardwood construction with a medium dark mahogany finish. The top of the case is highlighted with an ogee curve and dentil molding band. This cabinet has full length fluted side panels in the front and the top portion has two cabinet doors with inset panel doors with brass pulls. The inside has two shelves on the left and two pull out cubbies on the right and underneath the cabinet doors are three stacked dovetailed drawers with brass bat wing bails. The piece is marked ‘Thomasville’ to the inside left of the top drawer and the cabinet still retains the manufacturer’s label to the back of the piece.
