A collection of four oil paintings on panel and canvas board. The lot includes a depiction of an attic with a peaked ceiling and full of assorted vintage decor and other objects in storage signed ‘Selma Lee’ to the lower right, a painting of waves crashing onto a rocky shore signed ‘H.V. Patterson to the lower center-right, and a painting of a lakeshore with scattered islands in the water signed ’Hazel Kitts Wires’ to the lower left. Completing the collection is a piece titled Lady in the Mirror that depicts a stylized nude figure admiring her reflection in a mirror. It is dated 1984 and marked with an eye to the lower right as well as titled and dated to the verso. All pieces are presented unframed.
