An oil painting on panel of a view from a dock. This maritime image depicts a dark, turbulent seascape in between the tall anchor posts of a rustic wooden pier. Triangular white sails of distant boats are visible just above the horizon. The unsigned work is presented in a weathered wood frame with a white liner. There is a hanging bracket mounted to the verso.

- wear to edges of frame and corners; dust and accretions present to painting surface and frame; panel slightly loose in frame; loss of paint to corners of frame.
