An antique oak washstand by Forsyth Chair Co. This piece is made of oak and has a harp shaped towel rack attached to the top over a gently scalloped table top. There is a full length drawer to the top with dovetail joinery and two wooden pulls. The drawer sits above a two-door cabinet with a single wooden pull. The washstand has a serpentine apron and sits on four casters. An attached label reads Forsyth Chair Co. The Kernersville Furniture Manufacturing Co, Kernersville, North Carolina’.
