A signed color woodblock print on paper titled Anemones by listed Australian artist John Hall Thorpe (1874-1947). This colorful still life print depicts a blue bowl containing an arrangement of anemone flowers, sat against a saturated black background. The work is titled and signed ‘Hall Thorpe’ in graphite in the lower margin. It is presented under glass with an off-white mat in a black wooden frame. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.
