A limited edition etching on paper by artist E. DeShon Douglas, titled Cowslip. This print depicts the titular flower in a central arrangement, rendered in a manner similar to older botanical illustrations. To the lower margins is a handwritten artist signature, title and print edition, listed 36 of 100. The print is mounted to a black backing and is placed against layered matting under protective glazing in a mottled wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso. Also seen to the verso is a typed statement.
