A hand carved wooden hippo figure. The artisan-made piece depicts a stylized hippo with carved and incised features, standing on short tapered legs. No signatures or makers marks were found.

Condition

- several cracks present throughout nose, face, legs, body and back; some cracks have been partially filled; surface nicks, wear and scratches to wood throughout.
